Terms of Sale
All offerings are subject to availability, and all prices are subject to change without notice. Each catalog, listing, order form, or other announcement of company policy supercedes all prior or undated announcements of company policy. All orders are filled in the order in which payment arrives. We accept checks, money orders, or approved credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, OR PAYPAL). A $20.00 charge will be assessed for returned checks. To recieve discounts from any special promotional code, discount code, magazine ad code or field rep code; the correct code must be give at the time the order is placed. For web site orders this is done during the checkout procedure. All codes must be entered in ALL CAPS. For telephone orders you must supply the correct code when placing your order. No discounts will be given retroactively to previously placed orders.
Packing and Shipping
We charge a nominal fee for handling and packaging in addition to actual shipping. Items will be shipped via the method noted on the order. If no method is indicated, the items will be sent via the lowest cost ground shipment provider. For web site orders, you can click on the "Shipping Options" link (located underneath the Basket Contents on the right hand side of the screen) to see all available shipping methods and it's associated cost.
All in stock orders that use a United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping method received before 12:00 noon eastern are shipped the same day. All stock orders using another shipping method such as FedEx or US Post Office (USPS) will be shipped the following day.
For orders requiring international shipping we offer serveral shipping methods available from the US Post Office (Such as Global EMS). Click the Shipping options to check methods and costs. We will not use ficticious cost values on customs docuements!
Limited Warranty
Gohbee warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Gohbee will, at its option, repair or replace without service charge any product deemed defective due to such causes provided the buyer requests such replacement or repair within the warranty period. The buyer will be required to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and must return the defective component. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, alteration or accident. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made by the company with respect to this kit and/or the components contained within. The buyer acknowledges and understands that it is his responsibility to carefully assemble the finished kit and to fly it safely. The buyer hereby assumes full responsibility for the risk and all liability for personal or property damage or injury arising out of the buyer's use of these components. When making a warranty claim, be sure to include your daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you about your repair. For service on your Gohbee product, warranty or non-warranty, send it post-paid and insured to:
